每年夏天来自世界各地的作曲家、音乐理论家和青年学子们都会相聚北京,排演新作品的同时交流创作思想,探索作曲理念。
中央音乐学院作曲系创办于2011年的北京国际作曲大师班(Beijing International Composition Workshop BICW)旨在通过个别课、小组课、乐器法与专题讲座、公开排练与音乐会等一系列活动,让青年作曲家在音乐中成长并积累创作经验。为期九天的大师班依托中央音乐学院,聘请世界各国的专家教授和优秀乐团,为青年作曲家提供展示他们作品和青春梦想的舞台。
2019北京国际作曲大师班A组学员的八部新作品,将由法国Ensemble Court Circuit乐团演奏。每部新作品将举行公开排练,并由所有大师班教授和指挥进行点评和辅导。

Each summer, composers, music theoreticians and young students from across the world arrive in Beijing and gather at the Central Conservatory of Music where they rehearse new compositions, exchange views of music creation, and explore cutting-edge concepts. Since 2011, the Composition Faculty of the Central Conservatory of Music has been hosting the Beijing International Composition Workshop (BICW) which aims to nurture the growth of young composers and help them accumulate experiences of music creation by means of a whole series of events, ranging from individual classes, team seminars, instrumentation lessons, lectures on special topics, open rehearsals to culminating concerts. With strong support from the Central Conservatory of Music, the intensive 9-day BICW will invite eminent professors and outstanding orchestra from different parts of the world to create an ideal stage where promising young composers can exhibit their composition works and aspire to youthful ambitions.
At the 2019 BICW, a total of 8 new works of composition by young composers in Category A will be performed by the Ensemble Court Circuit from France. Each of the 8 new compositions will have open rehearsals where all the professors and conductor of the BICW will make commentaries and provide guidance.
