王晔 中央音乐学院作曲系教授 博士生导师
音乐教育家、音乐理论家、留德学者；中央音乐学院视唱练耳教研室副主任、学术带头人；新疆艺术学院音乐学院副院长；教育部学位中心特聘硕士、博士学位论文评审专家，教育部全国艺术类统考评审专家。
主要工作：
多年来专注于青少年音乐人才的培养，善于激发潜能，对少年儿童拔尖人才的基础课教学有丰富经验, 为许多优秀音乐家的成长奠定了坚实的基础。目前教授中央音乐学院附小、附中、本科、研究生各阶段的视唱练耳、乐理课程，为本科、硕士、博士开设专业选修课“中国调式视唱练耳”。曾长期负责学院艺术实践管理工作，组织、策划过上千场音乐会。
主持多项中央音乐学院重点科研项目，包括：专项研究“中国调式视唱练耳训练”“Rhythmologist——节奏高效命题程序”，科研图书《中国调式视唱练耳教程》, 专项研究“中国六声、七声调式视唱练耳训练”；参与撰写教育部哲学社科重大专项“党的创新理论引领贯穿音乐学知识体系研究——中国底色的音乐教材体系”。
2009年为中央音乐学院附中学生创办“少年的歌唱”系列视唱音乐会，举办过“舒伯特艺术歌曲”、“法国艺术歌曲”、“歌剧咏叹调”、“音乐剧作品”、“当代多声部作品”等多场专题视唱音乐会；自2014年起与中央音乐学院出版社合作，举办了大量音乐基础课公益讲座；在国内外多所音乐院校以及包括国家大剧院在内的众多音乐厅举办专题音乐讲座；任多项音乐赛事评委。

Music educator, music theorist, Germany-educated scholar; Deputy Director and Academic Leader of the Musical Ability and Solfeggio Teaching and Research Faculty of the Composition Department, Central Conservatory of Music; Associate Dean of the Music College, Xinjiang Arts University; Special invited expert for master's and doctoral thesis evaluation at the Ministry of Education's Academic Degrees Committee, and expert reviewer for the Ministry of Education's National Arts Unified Examination.
Main Work:
For many years, has focused on cultivating young musical talent, is adept at unlocking potential, has rich experience in foundational course teaching for gifted children and adolescents, and has laid a solid foundation for the growth of many outstanding musicians. Currently teaches solfeggio and music theory courses for all levels at the Central Conservatory of Music， including Primary school, Middle school, undergraduate, and graduate programs. Offers the professional elective course "Solfeggio Training in Chinese Modes" for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. Previously had long-term responsibility for the conservatory's artistic practice management, organizing and planning over a thousand concerts.
Has led multiple key research projects at the Central Conservatory of Music, including: specialized research on "Solfeggio Training in Chinese Modes" and "Rhythmologist—Efficient Rhythm Question Generation Program", and the research publication Solfeggio in Chinese Modes, and specialized research on "Solfeggio Training in Chinese Hexatonic and Heptatonic Modes"; participated in writing the Ministry of Education's major philosophy and social sciences project "Research on Music Knowledge Systems Led and Guided by the CPC's Innovative Theories—Music Textbook System with Chinese Characteristics."
In 2009, established the "Youth Singing" series of solfeggio concerts for students at the Central Conservatory of Music Middle School, hosting multiple themed solfeggio concerts including "Schubert Art Songs", "French Art Songs", "Opera Arias", "Musical Theater Works", and "Contemporary Polyphonic Works"; since 2014, has collaborated with Central Conservatory of Music Press to host numerous public lectures on fundamental music courses; has given specialized music lectures at multiple music institutions domestically and internationally, as well as in numerous concert halls including the National Centre for the Performing Arts; serves as judge for multiple music competitions.
